Adding/Pairing a Tracking Device
  • Removing the Battery Insulation Sheet
    If your tracking device comes with a battery pre-inserted, and with a transparent plastic battery insulation sheet, please remove the battery insulation sheet by pulling it out before using the device.
  • Attaching Your Tracking Devices to Things
    It can be anything that you want to track, like keys, bags, purses, etc.
  • Adding Your Tracking Device to the SEEK App
1. Tap the + button on the Things tab of the app

2. Select the device type that matches your device from the list

3. Follow the instructions on the screen until the “Next” button appears at the bottom of the screen, then tap the “Next” button

4. Take a picture of the thing that the tracking device is attached to and name it 5. Tap the save button in the upper right corner of the app

Find My Lost/Misplaced Object Equipped with a Tracking Device Open the SEEK app on your phone and then select the lost/misplaced object from the list on the “Things” tab

If the object is in the range of your phone, then you can tap the “Find” button to make the tracking device attached to the object ring. Follow the sound to find the object.

If the object is out of range, the app will remember the last known location of the object and show the location on map. You can tap the “Direction” button and follow the directions to go back to the last known location.

When the object is back within range of your phone, the SEEK app will automatically connect to it, and the “Find” button will appear.  Now you can tap the “Find” button to make the tracking device attached to the object ring. If the object is still out of range, then it is possible that the object is currently not nearby. Tap “Mark as Lost” button and the SEEK app will notify you when the object is back in the range of your phone, or when our crowd-finding network found the object.
Find My Misplaced Phone from My Tracking Device If your misplaced phone is still in the range of your tracking device, then you can ring your phone from the tracking device, even if the phone is in silent mode. Leaf Tag: press and hold the button on the device to ring your phone, release the button to stop ringing. TrackR Bravo: press the button on the device to ring your phone, press again to stop ringing. iHere: press the button on the device to ring your phone, press again to stop ringing.
Enable/Disable Separation Alert If the separation alert is enabled for an object, then both your phone and the tracking device attached to the object will ring when they are out of range and disconnected from each other. There are four ways to enable/disable separation alert: 1. Tap the separation alert button on the status bar of the object

Remove an Object from the App Find the to-be-removed object from the object list on the “Things” tab, then swipe the status bar at the bottom to the left to reveal the action bar. Or tap the triangle on the right side of the status bar to slide the status bar to the left to reveal the action bar. Then tap the “delete” button on the action bar to remove the object from the app

Smart Car Chargers Adding/Pairing a Smart Car Charger
  • Start the Engine of your Car
  • Plug in your Smart Car Charger to the power outlet/cigarette lighter receptacle of your Car
  • Adding your Smart Car Charger to SEEK app
1. Tap the + button on the Things tab of the app

2. Select the Smart Car Charger type that matches your device from the list

3. Wait for a few seconds until the “Next” button appears at the bottom of the screen, then tap the “Next” button

4. Take a picture of the car that the smart car charger is plugged into and name the car 5. Tap the save button on upper right corner of the app

Find My Car Equipped with a Smart Car Charger The SEEK app will automatically remember current GPS location when you park your car. To find your car, 1.  Select the car from the object list on the “Things” tab to open the details page

2. The parking location and your current location are shown on the map of the details page 3. Tap the “Directions” button to open Google map and see the directions from your current location to the parking location

Pebble Watch Set Up My Pebble Watch for the SEEK App 1. Make sure the Pebble app is installed on your phone and your Pebble Watch is connected in the Pebble app 2. The SEEK app will automatically add your paired Pebble Watch to the object list on the “Things” tab
